UK domestic shipping

I offer free UK First Class delivery via Royal Mail. For items over £25 this will be Royal Mail First Class Signed For. For items over £50, this will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, fully insured.

You can also upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, fully insured for £6.85.

International shipping

I send via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

Please be aware that any tax costs and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to items being held by customs.

UPDATE: : Due to new VAT regulations and BREXIT I have temporarily stopped taking European orders via my website. You can still order and purchase my jewellery via my Etsy shop from any where in the world.

Returns

Returns and exchange details

It's important to me that you are completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, then please contact me and I will try to resolve any problems.
If you would prefer a refund, then I can arrange this providing you return your goods within 14 days of receipt and everything is in its original condition.

Refunds include initial postage costs, but return postage costs are the buyers responsibility.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale
